Moro Blood Oranges, are probably the most reliable for color and adaptability. Fruit color can range from bright red to dark purple. It has a hint of berry-like and somewhat spicy flavor. Fruit is borne in clusters and has few to no seeds. Moro tends to produce heavy in alternate years and ripens from December to April, showing its best color and flavor at the end of February.
