Description

Introduced by Luther Burbank in 1919, Inca produces heart-shaped, golden-skinned fruit with magenta specks and a magenta blush around the stem when ripe. The flesh is rich, dense, and crisp with a distinctive sweet-tart balance uncommon among Japanese plums.
